Prices are for the whole yacht, not per person. A 30% deposit by card holds the date and the balance is paid at the marina on the day.
Make it yours
Decorations in your colours, ready before you board ($200). A professional photographer with a drone ($300), so the birthday person is in the photos for once. A catered lunch ($45 a person), extra drinks or longer hours on request. Bring your own cake, food and drinks too — tell us the plan when you book and the crew makes room for it.
The day
Board at Marina Mundo Marino at ten, out through the lagoon and across to Isla Mujeres: the reef first, then anchor in the waist-deep water off Playa Norte for the swim, the photos and the cake. Back at the marina around four. The full hour-by-hour.

Not included: the marina’s 180-peso gate fee, paid at the dock in cash, and gratuity for the crew (optional, 10–15% is common).
Booking and cancellation
A 30% deposit by card holds your date; the balance is paid at the marina on the day, cash or card. Free cancellation up to seven days before. If the Capitanía de Puerto — Cancún’s port authority — closes the port for weather, you get a full refund or a free new date; if the port is open, the charter sails.

Every Cancún yacht we book sails with its Capitanía de Puerto permit, a safety certificate for its passenger number, and insurance. Ask and we will send copies before you pay.
- Captains we know by name
We have been on the water with every captain and crew we book. If we would not send our own family, we do not send you.
- One person, start to finish
You talk to Cris and the Zamá team on WhatsApp, in English, Spanish or Swedish: before the day, on the day and after.
- If the day can’t happen, you don’t pay for it
If the Capitanía de Puerto closes the port for weather: full refund or a free new date. If the yacht breaks down or the crew doesn’t show: we move you to another yacht in the fleet, or refund you in full.
How paying works

Hold the date. Pick your day on the calendar and we hold it for 24 hours while you decide.
- 02
Pay 30% by card. A secure Stripe link. The date is yours, with free cancellation up to 7 days before.
- 03
Get your confirmation. On WhatsApp and by email, with your captain, the marina and what to bring.
- 04
Pay the rest at the marina. On the day, cash or card. The only other cost is the marina’s 180-peso gate fee.
